Dr. McMonigle is a 1998 graduate of Washington State. He has dedicated his professional career to creating a warm and caring environment in which he provides excellent medical and surgical care to his patients. Rob grew up in Kent, is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending his off-hours with his three children and his German Shorthaired Pointer named Pinto! Add Dr Rob as a friend on Facebook!

She adores her 2 grandchildren and enjoys working in the garden, reading, art, music and concerts.
Angee Kallam
Receptionist
Angee, a Florida native, came to Washington in 2015 for vacation and loved it so much that she never went back to Florida. There’s a running joke in her family that she’s on a multiple years long vacation. Angee rejoined the McMonigle team after leaving in 2020 to give birth to her baby girl. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, binge reading books, and logging entirely too many hours into Animal Crossing. She has a beagle named Margot and a cat named Bellatrix.
Miri Ruthford

Miri moved to the Seattle/Tacoma area with her husband in 2008 and started working for us in 2014. She graduated from San Juan College and acquired her Veterinary Technician license in 2018. She enjoys giving patients treats and loves to minimize their stress while in hospital. Yamilette also speaks Spanish fluently, which enables her to be extra helpful in ensuring clear communication regarding our patient's needs! Outside of work, Yamilette loves spending time with her four kitties Andy, Blu, Boo and Disco, as well as her dog Mia.
Sam Molitor
Kennel Assistant
Bio Coming Soon!
Frankie
Frankie came to us as a foster kitten and ruled the hospital for 13 years. He currently resides with one of our assistants since was diagnosed with diabetes on his 13th birthday. He is doing very well on his medication and he is loving his new life as a house cat instead of a clinic cat. We miss having Frankie around - he truly understood the role of clinic cat, even venturing out to the lobby occasionally (sometimes checking out purses and snuggling on coats!)
Mac & Poppy
Mac (orange male) and Poppy (tabby female) were welcomed to our McMonigle family after they were dropped off on our back porch over the holidays. They quickly melted our hearts and found a home with us. They are spunky, yet snugly, and they tried their best to learn the clinic cat life from their older brother Frankie, but they didn't quite pick up all of his lessons. They usually do not venture out to the lobby so don't expect to see them hanging out when you come into the office. Check our Facebook and Instagram pages for more pictures and updates!
Pinto
Pinto is Dr. Rob's German Shorthaired Pointer that gets to come to the office every day. He loves his friends at the office - both staff and staff pets! He is happiest when he is fetching or swimming!
